The contact form opens your own email application with a message addressed to us. We receive only what you choose to send: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and message.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

We use the details in your message to reply, to discuss the services you asked about and to prepare any proposal you request. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting business relationship, and then delete it unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
